The Challenge
Wonder Workshop, a Series C funded start-up that makes codable robots, hired George Moody to rethink their brand messaging platform and to reinvent their company culture, both of which they had outgrown.
Our Work
We started our work with in-depth interviews with employees at various levels of the organization to assess the company’s challenges and opportunities. We then offered up new brand and culture recommendations, and iterated closely with their executive team to ensure the final product of both projects had broad internal buy-in. Our deliverables included a robust Culture Manifesto that is used in hiring and on-boarding new employees to ensure the company attracts and retains the right talent, as well as a lengthy brand strategy and messaging platform (“Designed for Learning, Engineered for fun”) that has been incorporated into all their communications.
