George Moody is a marketing communications studio founded by Susan George and Susan Moody dedicated to helping clients achieve key business objectives. Though we share the same first name, we come at business challenges from different angles - one more analytical, the other more creative - and our combined perspectives and experience mean better results for clients.
We’ve discovered that putting our heads together provides exponential benefits, and we’re passionate about delivering results. Approaching challenges collaboratively, we are able to offer more thoughtful counsel and deliver better outcomes for clients. Whether you need to launch a product, re-think a brand's positioning or develop a complete marketing strategy, we get in the trenches with you to develop a well-conceived plan and execute against it.
Combining years of strategic marketing and brand communications experience with start-ups, small companies, non-profits and major corporations, we are able to quickly develop creative solutions and action plans to address a range of client marketing needs. And because we are efficient and lean by design, we are able to maximize your budget to achieve your goals.
Susan Moody has 15 years of Marketing, Communications and PR experience in the startup space, most recently launching the Marketing and Communications department at Worldreader. At Worldreader, she was responsible for taking an idea and building it into a globally recognized brand that partnered with the likes of FC Barcelona, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Amazon, Penguin Random House and Facebook. From the get-go, she helped Worldreader punch above its weight with articles in the NYT, WSJ, CNN, The Economist and more.
She has a BA from Princeton University and a MBA from IESE, University of Navarra in Barcelona. You can usually find her swimming in open water, including being one of the few people who has managed to swim across The Strait of Gibraltar (successfully raising over $120,000 for charity).
